Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Japanese brand tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized collection point. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt at our warehouse.
